1 commentoFigure of 8 formation and its big. It was cold, it was windy and wet but it was worth the wait. Didn’t see the masters at work thou. Formation appears to be a figure of 8 with tear drops. To the best of my knowledge there was no one on Milk hill during the night watch.
Quando voi cari internauti leggete queste righe il titolare (non ci sono più i contadini di una volta, vero) si trova già in vacanza, passando una decina di giorni in una di queste strutture antiche montanare che servivano per tenerci le mucche per qualche mese, consumando il fieno raccolto intorno d’inverno o pascolando vicino di primavera e autunno. Due stanze, l’acqua è fuori casa, stufa e forno a legna (e gas, dicono), la corrente non c’è e quindi neanche il chiasso silenzioso di iquestnternet e quindi vi saluta ora di cuore.
(Il blog ha una vita tutta sua e si aggiornerà da sà© ogni tanto, che tante tante sono le meraviglie del software open-source)

C’è chi ha perso tutt’una generazione e non sa cosa vendere tra due anni. Il fenomeno riguarda le giovane ostriche da 1-2 anni. E ci si può fare nulla.

On arrival on site we were warned of quite significant electrical problems, how serious I did not realise until last night and I came to view my images on the computer.

Taking the pole shots proved a repetitive exercise as first the camera battery failed and then the remote release battery started to show signs of drainage and the camera shutter was operating whilst it was laid on the ground and certain shots were out of focus on an auto focus camera!! At last the pole shooting was over, a strange experience indeed.
All’arrivo ci hanno avvertiti di problemi notevoli con le apparecchiature elettriche, ma com’erano davvero non ho realizzato finchà© ho viste le foto sul PC…le batterie non reggevano, la macchina scattava da sà© e l’autofocus sbagliava su certe foto….
